Nisa Logistics Founders Sedri Çetin, Necmettin Çetin, and Şerif Çetin started their working lives in Mersin in 1985. They have continued their work to meet the logistics needs throughout Turkey. The founders of Nisa Logistics worked in different companies in the private sector for approximately 10 years, and in 1996, with a radical decision, they purchased 50% of the shares of "EKSA," a company that had been in the sector for 10 years. In 2001, 100% of EKSA's shares were transferred to the founders of Nisa Logistics. In 2007, while EKSA continued its operations, the need arose to establish a new company to better serve the high demand from companies operating in Turkey and worldwide, and thus Nisa Logistics was founded. With the establishment of Nisa Logistics, its scope of operations expanded, and it began providing services not only in Turkey's main port cities but also in many other locations. Immediately after its establishment, it increased its machinery park fivefold and expanded its customer portfolio to meet the growing demand. These developments and new leadership roles necessitated restructuring within the company. In this context, in 2018, the company's main strategy, corporate identity, and brand structuring processes were completed, and the Nisa Logistics, Nisa Greenhouse, and Nisa Smartfarming brands were structured under the Nisa Global umbrella.
